DOMESTIC Shipping

All clothing orders throughout the week will be shipped on Thursday (orders placed on Thursday will ship by the next Thursday) via USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Orders should arrive within 2-5 days of being shipped.

All media orders (CDs, magazines, etc.) will be shipped on Friday (orders placed on Friday will ship by the next Friday) via USPS Media Mail with tracking. Orders should arrive within 2-7 days of being shipped.

INTERNATIONAL Shipping

All packages will be shipped via DHL with tracking. Delays by customs may vary. For select countries, USPS Priority International will be substituted as the method of shipping.

REfunds

Refunds are only issued after (1) the item(s) is shipped back to the store (see shipping label for origin address) and (2) the item(s) are in their original condition. If these conditions are satisfied, the cost of the item(s) minus the original shipping cost will be returned via Paypal and if Paypal is unreachable, by mail order or check.

Returns are not accepted unless otherwise stated on a product’s page.
